We're open 10 a.m to 8 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Monday (Dec. 20, 21 and 23) and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22. We're open Christmas Eve, too -- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Get in the holiday spirit at First Friday, Dec. 6. From 6-9 p.m., enjoy refreshments, live Christmas music, unique artist-made ornaments, and gifts for every taste and budget.

Join us tomorrow for First Friday! The gallery will be open from 6-9 p.m. This is a great opportunity to get a jump on your holiday shopping. Buy local, and buy handmade!

Halloween items are 25% off through Saturday. Unlike candy, these will never get stale, so pick up some bargains for next year.

FIRST FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4, 6-9PM

Hello Friends -

Don't miss out on the fun things planned for this First Friday, Oct 4. It's the last one of 2013.  The shops in the “Very Short North” are sponsoring a pumpkin decorating contest. Drop your decorated pumpkin off to The Smiling Sunflower or Down Home Leather on Oct. 3 or 4 before 4 p.m. Prizes are awarded for Most Original, Scariest and Funniest. Two ages classes will be judged: ages 5-12 and ages 13 to adult. Children ages 5-12 will receive a small prize just for participating.

 

Kudos, 15 N Main, will welcome visitors with watercolor demonstrations by artists Helen Neumann and Sue Simon.   The work of two new Kudos artists, Sally Daniels and Gail Thompson, will be on display. Come see Sally's beautiful earrings, necklaces, and bracelets and Gail's stunning silver and copper jewelry.

Kudos First Friday, Aug 2, 6-9pm, 15 N Main St, Mt. Vernon, OH

Tomorrow night, August 2, is First Friday.  The first 20 customers making purchases at Kudos will receive an artsy button created by our wonderful watercolorist, Helen Neumann. Two amazing new artists joined Kudos July 1.  Beader Sally Daniels creates classy necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.  Silver and copper artist Gail Thompson's strongly designed necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings rock.

 

Join us for refreshments and great, one of a kind art at Kudos, An Artists' Co-op, 15 North Main Street tomorrow night between 6 and 9 pm.

 

KUDOS FIRST FRIDAY, JULY 5, 6-9PM

This First Friday at Kudos will be very special.  Two news artists joined us July 1.  Gail Thompson's beautiful silver and copper bracelets, pendants, and rings are amazing in design and workmanship.  Sally Daniels' beadwork necklaces, earrings, and earrings are stunning.  Kudos artist, Jami Ingledue, and her group, Long Overdue, will sing and play guitar and mountain dulcimer.  Additionally, Kudos Artist Helen Newman will demonstrate water color and Kudos Artist Jamie Henry will demonstrate card making.  Come check out the activities and wonderful art at Kudos.  Refreshments will be served. Join us from 6-9 at Kudos, 15 N Main St, Mt. Vernon.

Kudos, An Artists’ Co-op, located at 15 N Main Street, Mt. Vernon, Ohio, would like to extend a special invitation to you to attend Kudos' 2^nd anniversary celebration on May 3 from 6 to 9pm. The festivities which will include music and other entertainment, animals, refreshments, and amazing art.

We have a treat for you -- new stained glass artist Elizabeth Haley just joined Kudos. Come see her striking pieces. Some of our existing artists also have new pieces -- a few are: glass spiral ornaments and glow in the dark pieces by our blown glass artist, Michael Stepanski; beautiful new all occasion cards by fiber artist Linda Shafer; and new pins made of handwoven material and beads by Yorde.

FIRST FRIDAY AT KUDOS, MARCH 1, 6-9PM

Kudos will be open this First Friday, March 1, from 6-9pm.  First Friday is a festive time in Mount Vernon.  Many downtown businesses will be open.  Come join us for refreshments, conversation, and, of course, beautiful one of a kind art made by local artists.

Looking for something special for your Valentine? Come to Kudos, An Artists' Co-op, 15 N Main, Mount Vernon for one of a kind gifts made by our artists. Kudos is open Tuesday thru Saturday, 10a to 5p. This Friday night, Feb 1, Kudos will be open from 6-9 pm along w/many other downtown businesses. In addition to amazing art, Kudos will serve refreshments and feature entertainment by Jimmy Rice who will play guitar and sing lovesongs. Come to Kudos Friday night for a unique Valentine experience.

Hello Friends -- Kudos has a treat for you this First Friday night from 6-9 pm. Jimmy Rice, Jo's Grandson, wilI be performing love songs in celebration of Valentine's Day. Jimmy sings, writes songs, and plays guitar and piano. He started playing guitar and writing songs about two years ago and began playing piano about six months ago. He writes and sings mostly love songs as well as doing covers of other people's songs. Two of his favorite artists to cover are Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift. Jimmy has a self produced album coming out sometime this year so be listening for it! You can also follow Jimmy on twitter: @IAmJimmyRice.
