Rules: Pick up a snowman at a participating shop (listed above) Visit 4 shops to fill in your snowman's features, make a purchase to get his carrot nose.  Restaurants will give you a face or scarf with purchase Drop your completed snowman off at participating locations for the drawing held at 5pm.
